Zava, backed by equity firm HPE Growth, currently serves over 1 million customers across the UK, Germany, France, and Ireland, providing medical consultations and prescription deliveries, including weight-loss drugs like
Mounjaro and Wegovy.
Hims & Hers plans to leverage this acquisition to introduce personalized healthcare offerings such as skin care and weight loss treatments tailored to these new markets. A key feature of the expansion is the option for patients to communicate with healthcare providers in their
local languages, enhancing accessibility and patient experience.
“We will introduce personalized skin care, weight loss and other offerings for patients in these markets and will introduce an option for patients to interact with their healthcare providers in local languages,” the company said.
This strategic move reflects Hims & Hers’ commitment to broadening its international presence and adapting its services to meet diverse patient needs across Europe.
