The 3Orange Corners Egypt4 program celebrated the graduation of 100 startups in its first 2025 cohort during a ceremony at the Dutch Embassy in Cairo, held under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Rania Al-Mashat, Minister of Planning, Economic Development, and International Cooperation, alongside H.E. Ambassador Peter Mollema of the Netherlands.

This initiative, launched in 2021 by the Kingdom of the Netherlands and implemented locally by Outreach Egypt Foundation, aims to foster entrepreneurship and economic growth across Egypt. The 2025 cohort focuses on the Delta region, covering governorates such as Alexandria, Beheira, Kafr El-Sheikh, Dakahlia, and Menoufia, with plans to support an additional 30 startups in Upper Egypt’s Assiut and Luxor.

Among the 100 startups graduating, 52 are women-led, underscoring the program's commitment to women’s empowerment and inclusive growth. Each startup is projected to generate between two to five new jobs, potentially creating over 3,000 direct and indirect employment opportunities.

The program is supported by private sector partners and key collaborators like Al Qatta, aiming to boost Egypt’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and contribute to sustainable economic development.
