Pasadena police arrest Plemon Caldron with 23 pounds meth near Washington Boulevard

Pasadena police arrested Plemon Caldron, 44, near Washington Boulevard and Maple Avenue after seizing 23 pounds of methamphetamine, two firearms, and a large sum of cash during a search warrant operation Friday morning.
