Following the match, Pant revealed his intention to take a short break to "switch off for a few days" before focusing on the upcoming England series, aiming to prepare in a "good frame of mind."

Nuwan Thushara was the standout bowler for RCB, taking 1/26 in 4 overs, but it was Pant's commanding century that dominated the game.

"Just want to switch off for a few days, not think about cricket and then the England series is coming up and just preparing for that in a good frame of mind," Pant said at the presentation ceremony.
