- The 2025 ICC Women's Cricket World Cup will be held from September 30 to November 2 across five venues in India and Colombo, Sri Lanka.
- The tournament format will be a round-robin among eight teams with a total of 31 matches including semi-finals and final.
- Qualified teams include Australia, England, New Zealand, South Africa, Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh for the 2025 tournament.
- Pakistan's seven group matches, including games against India and England, will be played in Colombo as per the hybrid model agreed by BCCI and PCB.
- Colombo will host one semi-final and the final if Pakistan advance that far in the tournament.
- The tournament will open with India playing in Bengaluru on September 30, marking the return of the Women's Cricket World Cup to India after 12 years.
