At the summit, the leaders unanimously agreed that “Russia is not winning and losing a lot of people, and they have to make a deal as quick as possible.” Zelenskyy emphasized the need for more air defense missiles and a winter support package, stating that the U.S. is ready to provide backstop across these lines of effort.
