He remarked, "Its biggest achievement is that it has steadily grown into a new type of regional cooperation organisation with the largest land area and population and enormous development potential."23
In addition to security, Xi announced plans for an international AI application cooperation centre and a commitment to increase renewable energy capacity by 10 million kW through photovoltaic and wind power projects. He stated, "We will implement 100 technological cooperation projects with other SCO countries in the next three years."6
Addressing the need for a multipolar world, Xi criticized unilateral dominance, asserting that "Dominance by just one or several countries, or bloc politics are not true multilateralism." He called for a reinvigoration of the United Nations to address global challenges effectively, emphasizing the importance of cooperation among major countries.89
