Stella Gollovena, a 47-year-old woman, has been charged with four counts of wounding with intent and one count of possession of an offensive weapon following a stabbing incident in Covent Garden.6
The incident occurred around 12:30 PM on Wednesday on Endell Street, where four men, aged 34, 39, 42, and 56, were found with stab wounds.
According to the Metropolitan Police, the men were treated at the scene by paramedics and subsequently taken to the hospital, but their injuries were reported as non-life-threatening and not life-changing. All four men have since been discharged from the hospital.
Gollovena was arrested at the scene and is set to appear at Highbury magistrates’ court later today.78
The incident prompted a swift response, with London’s air ambulance landing at Trafalgar Square to assist, although the men were transported by road.23
The police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the stabbings.
