Vodafone Idea has refreshed its brand identity, introducing a new logo that features a three-dimensional sphere, and has appointed Shah Rukh Khan as its brand ambassador. The campaign, titled “Vi badal raha hai... tayaar rahiye” (Vi is changing, be ready), aims to symbolize the company's evolution into a tech-focused entity.125
CEO Abhijit Kishore stated, “This is not simply a logo refresh, it is the first expression of the evolution we are bringing to the Vi Brand.” He added that the new identity reflects the company's ambition to enhance customer experiences and engage more meaningfully with consumers.

The logo change, which moves the yellow dot from below the letter 'i' to the top, is part of a broader strategy to position Vodafone Idea as a tech company. Kishore noted, “The new identity captures optimism—an optimism for everything that is possible today, more importantly for what we can bring to both; our retail customers and enterprises in the future as a tech company.”

The rollout of the new identity will occur progressively across various consumer touchpoints starting September 1. The company aims to leverage Khan's star power to energize its brand and attract new customers, having recently reported a significant increase in customer additions, with 240,114 new customers in July, marking its highest monthly gain in two years.3
Vodafone Idea's recent financial restructuring, including a 27% reduction in adjusted gross revenue liabilities, has provided the company with renewed clarity and capacity to invest in its future.6
