Molina described the incident as shocking, stating, “I think my life was in danger at that point,” and compared it to the tragic case of Renée Good, a U.S. citizen killed by an ICE agent earlier this year. She expressed disbelief that the situation escalated to such a level, saying, “It wasn’t until after I was like, ‘This is the whole Renee Good situation again.’”
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) characterized Molina as an “anti-ICE agitator” who allegedly attempted to harm officers by driving her vehicle dangerously close to them. They claimed she could face criminal prosecution for her actions, which they described as an attempt to assist illegal aliens in evading capture.511
