Tempsens Instruments (India) Ltd will launch its ₹650-crore initial public offering (IPO) on August 20, with the issue closing on August 24. The price band is set at ₹285-300 per equity share, and shares are expected to list on the BSE and NSE on August 28.12
The IPO includes a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to ₹95 crore and an Offer-for-Sale (OFS) of up to 1.85 crore equity shares. At the upper end of the price band, the post-issue implied market capitalisation is estimated at ₹2,515 crore.35

The proceeds from the IPO will be used for funding capital expenditure related to electrical heating solutions and specialised cable solutions, debt repayment, and general corporate purposes. The company, incorporated in 1990, specializes in thermal engineering and offers customized temperature sensing and heating solutions.
