The UK’s Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) announced that Andrew Tate, 39, faces seven counts of rape, three for sex trafficking, and 19 additional charges related to indecent images of a child. Meanwhile, Tristan Tate, 38, is charged with one count of sexual assault and two counts of rape.12347
The brothers, who have denied all allegations, are already facing prosecution in the UK for 21 charges, including rape and human trafficking, involving three victims. The new charges bring the total number of alleged victims to seven, with incidents reported to have occurred between July 2010 and August 2017.
