Kasim, 27, described their last conversation, stating, “We don’t know how much time we have to speak.” He noted that Khan, 73, has been experiencing severe anxiety and health issues, including a significant loss of vision in his right eye. “His heart rate spikes considerably in his cell,” Kasim added, highlighting the distressing situation.78
