The government’s measures include cash grants for eligible SMEs, an additional S$300 in CDC vouchers for every Singaporean household, enhanced U-Save rebates, and increased ComCare support.
Approximately one-third of the S$900 million will be allocated to businesses, particularly hawkers and market stallholders, who are struggling with rising operational costs.

The government has stated it will continue to monitor the situation and respond if conditions worsen, emphasizing its commitment to support those most affected. This new package adds to an earlier initiative unveiled in April, bringing the total support to nearly S$2 billion.
