A 15-year-old suspect has been arrested and is being held in juvenile detention for investigation of firearms violations and first-degree assault. Seattle Police Department Assistant Chief Tyrone Davis stated, “We believe there was a second suspect involved and officers are looking for that person.” A candlelight vigil was planned at the center's International Fountain to honor the victims.
