Shiprocket is gearing up for its IPO on August 12, having reported a significant revenue increase to ₹2,024 crore in FY26, marking a 24% year-on-year growth from ₹1,632 crore in FY25. The company's core business, which includes its domestic shipping platform and technology services, contributed ₹1,485 crore, a 13.7% increase, while emerging sectors like cross-border platforms and marketing generated ₹539 crore, up 65% year-on-year.1
Despite the revenue growth, Shiprocket's net loss widened by 7% to ₹79 crore, compared to ₹74 crore the previous year. This loss was partly attributed to ₹112 crore in employee stock option plan (ESOP) expenses. The company's total expenditure rose 23% to ₹2,153 crore, driven by increased costs in materials, employee benefits, and advertising, which surged 71% to ₹36 crore.
Shiprocket has also reduced its IPO size by 31%, now targeting ₹2,342.35 crore, with a fresh issue of ₹885.5 crore and an offer for sale of ₹731.98 crore. As of March 2026, the company reported current assets of ₹1,017 crore, including cash and bank balances of ₹188 crore.
