RedMagic 10S Pro global launch date set for 2025 Android gaming flagship

Chinese smartphone maker Nubia Technology is set to launch the RedMagic 10S Pro globally in 2025, targeting gaming enthusiasts with high-end specs and innovative features.

The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Leading Edition chipset, an overclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Elite, running at up to 4.47GHz. It offers up to 24GB of LPDDR5T RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.1 PRO storage, ensuring smooth multitasking and ample space for games.

The RedMagic 10S Pro sports a 6.85-inch 1.5K OLED BOE Q9+ display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 2000 nits peak brightness, and a high screen-to-body ratio of 95.3%. It supports advanced dimming technologies for eye comfort during extended gaming sessions.

Battery life is a key highlight, with the Pro+ variant featuring a massive 7500mAh silicon-carbon battery and 120W fast charging capable of reaching full charge in just 35 minutes. The standard Pro model includes a 7050mAh battery with 80W fast charging.

Cooling is managed by the innovative composite liquid metal cooling 2.0 system and a high-speed centrifugal fan spinning at 23,000 rpm, ensuring sustained performance during intense gaming.

The phone also boasts a versatile camera setup with a 50MP main sensor supporting low-light and AI-enhanced features.

Additionally, RedMagic introduces a built-in PC emulator capable of running Steam and Epic Games launchers, potentially revolutionizing mobile gaming by allowing users to access legacy PC titles on the go.

Priced starting at 4999 Yuan (approx. Rs 59,000), the RedMagic 10S Pro series aims to capture a growing market, with global mobile gaming revenue projected to rise from $100.54 billion in 2024 to $164.81 billion by 2029.
