RAY allows users to send simple messages like, “Show me a summary of my payments from yesterday” or “Analyse my payments from the last two months”.

“RAY is designed to do more than answer questions,” said Khilan Haria, Chief Product Officer at Razorpay. It proactively tracks payment health and provides insights, such as reminders for upcoming settlements.
The platform is built to handle a wide range of business needs, allowing users to issue refunds or generate payment links directly through WhatsApp.

“When you’re running a business, you don’t always have the time to open another dashboard,” noted Tanaji Khot from Bajaj Finance, emphasizing the convenience of using WhatsApp for immediate support.
This partnership with IndusInd Bank aims to make banking simpler and more accessible, enhancing the overall experience for businesses.
