Based on the 911 GT3, the Challenge features a 508-hp 4.0-liter flat-six engine that revs to 9,000 rpm and is paired with a seven-speed PDK transmission.3
The car is designed for competitive racing, eligible for various one-make series, including the Porsche Sprint Trophy and Endurance Challenge North America.
To enhance performance, Porsche has stripped down the interior, removing features like airbags and sound insulation, while adding a full roll cage and racing slicks.4
The curb weight is approximately 3,197 pounds (1,450 kg), which includes ballast and accounts for the lightweight design.7
