Mumbai police arrested Bipin Singh, a truck driver from Bisnupur in Bihar's Siwan district, after his speeding container truck collided with the official vehicle of Deputy Commissioner Crime (Detection) Rajtilak Roushan on Lal Bahadur Shastri (LBS) Marg around 11 PM on Saturday.

Only the DCP's driver and wireless operator were in the vehicle at the time, and no injuries were reported. The truck, owned by Niv Kirtiman Road Line Company, was driven by Singh when the accident occurred.
