According to the King County Medical Examiner's Office, the tragic shooting at Seattle Center left two men dead: 19-year-old Junior Cee Niko Semo and 44-year-old Carlos Israel Sanchez Villalba. A 56-year-old woman, Ashley Whitehead, later died from her injuries at the hospital.3
