Guideless, an AI-driven software training platform, has successfully raised €1 million in pre-seed funding, led by Superhero Capital, to enhance its innovative technology. The platform automates the creation of training materials by capturing workflows in real-time, transforming them into narrated video guides.123
Founded by Evaldas Bieliūnas and Dovydas Remeika, Guideless aims to revolutionize workplace training by reducing the time needed to create and update documentation by up to ten times. The platform supports text-to-speech in over 40 languages and is currently utilized by more than 3,000 users across 15 markets, including teams at Vinted and the Nevada Hospital Association.5
“We designed Guideless to convert every workflow it captures into structured operational context,” said Bieliūnas. The platform not only documents workflows but also preserves institutional knowledge as teams and processes evolve.

The funding will facilitate product development and support Guideless' expansion into the UK, European, and US markets. “Workflow and training automation is going to be a huge market over the next decade,” noted Audrius Milukas, Partner at Superhero Capital. “Guideless is fixing problems companies don’t yet realize they have.”6
With a projected market exceeding €18.3 million ($21.5 billion) by 2031, Guideless is poised to lead the new wave of workplace training solutions.
