- Moorgate Tube station was evacuated due to a fire alert, but has since reopened. The London Fire Brigade found no fire after being called to an automatic fire alarm.
- The Metropolitan line is part suspended between Amersham and Chalfont & Latimer due to a signal failure at Amersham, with minor delays between Watford and Moor Park.
- A problem with platform equipment between Epsom Downs and London Victoria means fewer trains can run, with services possibly cancelled or running non-stop between Banstead and Sutton, and Belmont station not served until further notice.
- Stuart Harvey, TfL's chief capital officer, said: "I apologise for the delay in reintroducing the trains but am pleased this marks an important milestone in delivering a modern new fleet for the DLR."
