She kept crying, 'Save me... save me...' and after that the phone disconnected," highlighting the panic and confusion aboard the sinking vessel.

Family members claim there were no warnings despite a yellow weather alert that had been issued prior to the voyage. Mohan, a relative, expressed frustration, stating, "If they had told people the weather was dangerous, and the boat could not operate, nobody would have boarded," indicating potential accountability issues.

The death toll from the incident has risen to nine, with continued search operations underway for six more missing individuals, as divers recently retrieved the body of a woman clutching her child inside the sunken cruise.
