He stated, “The solution to the problems of the Islamic nations is unity of words, friendship, and cooperation on the path of goodness.”1
In his address, he warned that any actions leading to division among Muslims serve the interests of Islam's enemies, urging regional leaders to “recognise your real enemy, understand its plan, and confront it.” This call comes amid heightened tensions as Iran has targeted U.S. military bases across West Asia, straining relations with countries like Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Khamenei also urged Iranian officials and citizens to set aside differences, stating, “Again, this servant’s advice to the Iranian people is to not allow any differences to arise among themselves in any way.” He reiterated that actions detrimental to social cohesion are prohibited, highlighting the importance of unity in the face of external threats.
Additionally, he called for the gradual de-dollarisation of the Iranian economy and boosting production to counter the effects of a U.S. naval blockade and sanctions that have severely impacted livelihoods.
