According to Ishendra Agarwal, Founder and CEO of Giva, this investment is a significant endorsement of their growth trajectory, which has seen a remarkable 70%+ CAGR over the past three years, culminating in a revenue of approximately ₹865 Crore by FY26. Agarwal stated, “Multiples’ backing is a strong endorsement of what we have built at GIVA since 2019.”

The funding will primarily be allocated towards enhancing manufacturing capabilities, expanding offline presence, and bolstering working capital. Giva aims to deepen its reach into Tier II markets across India, where consumer preferences are shifting towards lightweight, accessible jewellery options. Agarwal noted, “The timing is significant as everyday buying habits are shifting towards lightweight jewellery that can be worn daily.”
With the Indian jewellery market projected to grow at a ~6% CAGR to USD 124 billion by 2032, Giva is well-positioned to capitalize on this trend, with 45% of its revenue now coming from gold and lab-grown diamonds. The company is also focusing on the growing demand for men's jewellery and aims to achieve Ebitda positivity next year, having improved from a negative Ebitda of about ₹17 crore in the previous year.
“The company, which ended FY26 with revenue of about ₹865 crore, plans to open around 160 stores this financial year, taking its footprint beyond 400 stores. Gold and lab-grown diamonds now contribute about 45% of revenue, with nine-carat gold launched four months ago already accounting for 25% of gold sales.”
