"When I saw that, I went ballistic. I said, 'How could that pass inspection?'" she expressed, highlighting her disbelief at the DMV's oversight.
Despite her initial outrage, Stritto, who is approaching her 77th birthday, has decided to keep the plate for now, stating, "I'm resigned to it; maybe it was destined for it to be on my car."
