Saeed Al Gergawi, Vice President of Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, emphasized the importance of connecting startups with investors, stating, “We are focused on providing practical and effective pathways that enable technology startups to connect directly with potential investors and access capital and expertise that can support their growth and expansion.” This initiative aligns with the chamber's strategic priorities to attract international businesses and strengthen Dubai's digital economy ecosystem.9

The participating startups included Arakan, a platform for compliance solutions; Duno, an operational intelligence platform for SMEs; and YOUNEA, an AI platform for branded agents. Other companies included Riayatech, a HealthTech firm; Avelin, an AI platform; SENSI, a fragrance-technology startup; and Cogniver, an AI-native enterprise platform.

Oraseya Capital manages an AED 500 million investment fund targeting tech startups from pre-seed to Series B, offering investment opportunities between AED 550,000 and AED 11 million through its SANDBOX program, which also provides mentorship and access to a broader startup ecosystem.
