Colgate-Palmolive India has announced a significant leadership transition, appointing Manish Anandani as the new Managing Director and CEO, effective September 28, 2026. Anandani, who brings 30 years of experience in sales and marketing, previously served as Managing Director for Kenvue in India and South Asia.26
His predecessor, Prabha Narasimhan, has been elevated to Executive Vice President – Marketing for the Asia-Pacific Division, effective September 27, 2026. During her four-year tenure at Colgate-Palmolive India, Narasimhan led the company through a transformative growth journey, reinforcing its position as the market leader in oral care.13
Under her leadership, the company focused on premiumisation, accelerating premium portfolio growth to five times the pace of the broader market while achieving industry-leading profitability and consistent top-line momentum. Anandani's extensive background includes 13 years at Colgate-Palmolive, where he rose through various leadership roles, culminating as Worldwide Director in Global Customer Development. His appointment is seen as a strategic move to leverage his expertise in driving growth and innovation within the company.
