The judge, Christopher R. Cooper, stated that the board cannot proceed without Congressional approval, citing a previous ruling.5
Beatty described Trump's reaction as the 'most unprofessional thing' she had ever witnessed, claiming he resorted to 'name calling' and labeled her as 'obstructionist' and 'incompetent'. In response, she told him, 'I know you’re incompetent.'
