Apple has opened claims for a $250 million settlement related to allegations of misleading advertising regarding its Siri AI. Eligible iPhone owners can file claims for payouts between $25 and $95 per device until December 21, 2026.125
The settlement covers up to 36 million devices purchased in the U.S. between June 10, 2024, and March 29, 2025. Affected models include the iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and all iPhone 16 models. To file a claim, customers must provide their name, contact information, and iPhone serial number on the settlement website.6

Eligible customers will be notified via email, which will include a claim ID and PIN for filing. If customers do not receive this email, they can still file a claim using their Apple Account email and device phone number.
