Apple's iOS 27.3 beta introduces significant enhancements to Siri AI, expanding its language support to 10 languages including Chinese, Norwegian, Turkish, and Vietnamese. This rapid expansion follows the addition of French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish in the previous iOS 27.2 update.126
The update allows Siri AI to perform actions across third-party apps, enhancing user experience by enabling the voice assistant to understand natural language prompts and utilize personal context. Apple states that users can now interact with Siri without mentioning the app's name, streamlining requests during Live Activities.

For instance, users can request a ride through a ride-sharing app and modify their pickup location simply by saying, “Hey Siri, change my ride pickup to a new address.” This feature is part of a broader initiative to integrate Siri AI into various applications, including Calendar, Mail, and Maps.

Apple emphasizes that this Developer Preview allows any app to integrate its content and actions into Siri AI using App Intents, facilitating complex requests. The company aims to provide developers with ample time to explore and build before the official launch, expected in a few months.
Despite these advancements, Siri AI remains unavailable in the European Union, limiting its reach in that region.
“Siri AI remains unavailable in the European Union, limiting the reach of these new capabilities. The Developer Preview also lets developers create "app skills" that combine multiple tasks into a single action, with App Store submission opening in the spring.”
