The analysis indicates that once generic work messages are excluded, outside-occupation tasks account for: 77% of messages from customer experience workers, 75% from designers, 69% from human resources, 56% from legal workers, and 53% from marketers. This data highlights the potential for AI to reshape job roles and responsibilities.
In addition to these findings, nearly $2M in grants have been awarded to 30 organizations across the U.S. for projects utilizing Meta AI glasses. These grants aim to enhance safety, learning, and independence in various fields, including accessibility and workforce safety. The program received nearly 500 applications, showcasing the growing interest in AI applications.12
