This trend is evident across various professions, including customer experience, design, and human resources.56
The analysis indicates that once generic work messages are excluded, outside-occupation tasks account for: 77% of messages from customer experience workers, 75% from designers, 69% from human resources, 56% from legal workers, and 53% from marketers. This data highlights the potential for AI to reshape job roles and responsibilities.
