In the southern Rostov region, which borders Ukraine, three people were killed and one hospitalized during the same period, according to regional governor Yuri Sliusar. He noted that Russian forces managed to destroy over 150 drones and missiles across three cities and nine districts.34
The attacks caused significant damage, particularly in the Kamensky district, where residential and industrial buildings were affected. Sliusar reported that several structures in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky city experienced roof damage, and windows were blown out in an apartment block and at the railway station.7
This incident marks a continuation of Ukraine's strategy to conduct strikes deep within Russian territory, targeting military and industrial sites, as well as e-commerce warehouses, as the conflict enters its fifth year.
