Vicky Kaushal commits Rs 6.2 crore for luxury Juhu apartment lease till 2028

Bollywood star Vicky Kaushal has committed to a luxury apartment lease in Juhu, Mumbai, with a total rental outlay of approximately Rs 6.2 crore over three years starting January 2025.

The apartment covers a carpet area of 258.48 sq. m. (about 2,781.83 sq. ft.) and includes exclusive rights to three car parking spaces. The lease agreement specifies a monthly rent of Rs 17.01 lakh for the first two years, increasing to Rs 17.86 lakh in the final year.

In addition to rent, Kaushal has paid a security deposit of Rs 1.75 crore, along with stamp duty of Rs 1.69 lakh and registration charges of Rs 1,000, as per property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.

Juhu is a sought-after location known for its scenic beach, upscale dining, and proximity to key business hubs like Andheri and Bandra, making it a prime residential choice.

"The lease agreement provides exclusive rights to three car parking spaces," according to the documents.
