Sri Lotus Developers secures SEBI approval for Rs 792 crore investment amid Bollywood backing

Sri Lotus Developers has secured SEBI approval for a significant Rs 792 crore investment, bolstered by contributions from prominent Bollywood figures.

Notable investors include Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan, who have invested Rs 10.1 crore and Rs 10 crore, respectively, in the firm owned by Anand Pandit, a film producer.

The firm has also attracted investments from other celebrities such as Hrithik Roshan, Ektaa Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Tiger Shroff, and Rajkummar Rao.

According to reports, the approval from SEBI marks a significant milestone for the company, which aims to expand its footprint in the real estate sector.

Anand Pandit expressed his admiration for Amitabh Bachchan, citing his film Trishul as a source of inspiration that motivated him to pursue his dreams in Mumbai.

At a recent birthday celebration for Anand, Shah Rukh Khan humorously remarked on Pandit's extensive real estate holdings in Mumbai, highlighting their close friendship and shared experiences in the city.
