Miss World 2025 Opal Suchata eyes Bollywood after warm India visit

Miss World 2025, Opal Suchata, made history as the first Thai to win the prestigious title and recently visited India, where she was warmly welcomed.

She expressed her pride, saying, "I feel very happy and proud. It is an honour to take the first Miss World crown to Thailand... I hope I have made them proud."

During her visit, Opal was impressed by the hospitality and beauty of India. She shared, "It was amazing. Since the first day I was here, everyone has been so nice..people are amazing, they have been so wonderful to me and we went to so many places..all are so beautiful..whether it is infrastructure or nature.. it's great to be here and I will definitely be back."

She also expressed gratitude towards the Telangana government for their hospitality, stating, "I would like to thank the Telangana government and all the people here for providing us with the best accommodation and allowing us to have such a great time in your home."

Looking ahead, Opal revealed her aspirations beyond pageantry, expressing interest in Bollywood. "If I get the opportunity, I would love to (act in Bollywood films); it is a wonderful opportunity," she said, signaling a potential new chapter in her career.

Her visit not only strengthened cultural ties but also highlighted her openness to exploring new avenues in the entertainment industry, inspired by her positive experiences in India.
